It took us a while to fine tune our operations but we have completed the final phase of becoming green cleaning compliant. One of our largest hubs, the Marietta Maid Service sector is where our largest customer base lies for Green Cleaning service to date. It is common knowledge that green cleaning is better for kids and pets. Knowledge that is less thought of is green cleaning is also healthier for adults and our employees.
We pride ourselves in customer and employee retention. One of the best ways to achieve this goal is to treat each of these groups in the most kind way possible. Despite popular belief, green cleaning chemicals work and they are getting better all of the time. We will be the first to agree, our Marietta Maid Service is not afraid to use bleach or ammonia to get a house into mint condition. However, once our initial deep cleaning has been completed, there is usually not a need to use heavy chemicals on each visit. Instead, we usually able to achieve optimum results with softer chemicals. Not only is the safer but it also prevents premature aging of floors and furniture. A number of chemicals and wear away finish over time and this means depreciation. Instead, using softer chemicals protects items in the home and ultimate is more cost effective.
In addition to cleaning supplies our cleaning equipment is green compliant. HEPA filters and microfiber cloths are essential to green cleaning success and we use both of them. Even though it costs more, we invest in the best technology for picking up dust. We have found that our clients are able to save on visit expenses because we do it correctly the first time. Often times our weekly clients will change to every other week service due to the detailed level of our regular cleaning visitations.
In conclusion, our customers can count on our Marietta Maid Service keeping up with the latest technology. By keeping tabs on useful websites like Energy Star, we are keeping pace with cleaning and green technology that makes the biggest impact.

We have been in the Smyrna Maid Service market for almost five years now. The only one true constant has been change, that is for sure. Thinking back to the very beginning, we used to make a lot more mistakes. We have always tried to do our best, but without the advantages of technology and training, it was much more challenging. We quickly learned, in order to survive and thrive, we must be willing to listen and adapt to what our customers want. This meant scrapping our original ideas and thoughts on what we were certain our customers wanted, instead, asking them and paying attention to what they said. The end result has been that our customers have made our jobs easier by giving us valuable information and answers.
One of the most major adjustments we made early on was always assigning the same crew to each customer. It used to drive our clients crazy by always changing the crews we sent to their houses. Another key improvement was providing GPS units for all of our employees. We used to get lost all of the time, which would in turn, create a lot of unnecessary stress and problems for our crews and customers alike. By providing GPS units and the training that goes along with them, we have been able to drastically improve our logistics and routing. Granted, GPS units are not cheap but we are in it to win it. That means investing in the business and providing the right equipment.
Another key addition has been upgrading the HEPA filters. By preventing cross contamination from home to home, we have gained more customers who appreciate the extra efforts we make towards excellence. According to our statistics, HEPA filters are 99.99 effective in preventing particle contamination. The problem we used to come across was that our vacuums would actually spread dust back into the home. The HEPA filter solves that problem by keeping the dust where it belongs, in the vacuum bag.
In conclusion, by evolving and willing to learn, we have increased the overall effectiveness of our Smyrna Maid Service. In order to stay on top, we continue to look into new and efficient ways of improving our operations and service quality. Every idea is on the table. With that, we invite you to add any ideas or suggestions that you may have. The question of the day is, what are the Maid Services in Atlanta lacking and what can they do to improve?

By taking a step back and trusting in our customers, our Atlanta Maid Service practice has continued to expand. The main reason for this is we listen to our customers and what they have to say. Almost all of our company policies and features that we offer come from our valuable customers and what they request. From a higher point of view, we have an ongoing market research survey going on day after day. By realizing that our main purpose is to achieve our customer’s vision, we are able to continue to grow.
The green cleaning enhancements that we have recently begun to offer was a direct result of what our customers were telling us. Green Cleaning is not just a fad, it is here to stay. Providing cleaning substances that are pet and child friendly are one of the top services our existing and prospective customers are looking for. Yet, to date, only a handful of competing Atlanta Maid Service companies are offering green cleaning as a service. An additional insult is they are requesting that their clients provide their own cleaning supplies. This defeats the very definition of providing a service in our opinion. By putting the burden back onto a client to provide their own cleaning supplies is essentially asking them to provide part of the service they are paying for. We realized early on that this was not the way to do business. How did we learn this? By listing to what our customers were telling us.
The formula is pretty simple, as long as they follow our customer guidelines, if customer wants, customer gets, period. Any other way of doing business only creates frustration and loss of revenue. For some reason, we have noticed that exceptional customer service is harder and harder to find these days. For that reason, it is the single most important topic we cover on a daily basis with our Atlanta Maid Service employees. We have countless employee rules and almost all of them have to do with ways they can keep their customer service at superior levels at all times. To take it a step further, we have contingency plans in case the show goes wrong. In the end, by listening to what our customers tell us and adhering to simple and straightforward ethical practices, we are able to continue to grow in a down economy.
So, the purpose of this blog is to get your opinion on green cleaning. Is it just a fad or do you find value in it? What are your favorite kind of green cleaning products?
