Decatur Maid Services
We started our Decatur Maid Services company in Smyrna in mid 2005. Our first 20 customers all came from the Smyrna/Vining area as it was slow going at first. Then an amazing thing happened! Our Smyrna customers began telling their friends about us. Within the next few months, we started to travel all over the city, especially the Decatur Maid Services market to meet prospective customers from all walks of life. For some reason or other, our Decatur Maid Services division grew faster than any other. It doesn't make much sense why this would happen but out of our first 100 customers, roughly 25% came from our Decatur Maid Services division. We did have a few key customers who knew a lot of people in Decatur so that didn't help. Also, at the time and still presently, there was not a lot of competition in that smaller city.
Overtime, we began to optimize our routing and offer set days that our Decatur Maid Services would travel to that area. We realized, after posting WordPress blogs, that we had to make some key improvements in this aspect of our business. In order to stay on the cutting edge of customer service, we added word press blogging to pick our customers brains. We learned, there is a fine line between customer service and maximizing employee efficiency. We always give the customer the advantage in this process. This is not always a popular decision but one that we stick to, for we realize, that keeping the Decatur Maid Services customer happy is the key.
If we have to choose between losing the Decatur Maid Services customer or satisfying their time requirements we will, of course, keep the customer. There are some guidelines that we have to apply however. We are not able to Decatur Maid Services guarantee exact arrival times. The reason for this is weather, traffic, cancellations, job assignments taking longer or shorter than expected. In short, there are many Decatur Maid Services variables that we are not able to control. Often times customers will pressure us to still show up at specific times of the day after we explain to them these facts. If this continues, we must respectfully no longer participate in service. It is important that we take this approach because we do not want to Decatur Maid Services company that puts our employees into unhealthy situations. We would rather under promise than under deliver. We have to do this because we are under the gun to provide excellent service. We strongly encourage the customer to interview us and see if they are willing to fit into our system. In time we hope they learn that our Decatur Maid Services guidelines exist so they can experience the best service possible.
An example of this is exact times, they are not guaranteed. We find that if we guarantee a specific time, the Decatur Maid Services customer will be livid if it is not achieved. We can't put ourselves our the customer in a position to go through unnecessary stress, this would not be great service.
