We bring all the equipment needed to clean your home. Because we allow for customer service to customize their Atlanta Maid Service, we can bring our own cleaning supplies or use the customers. We can even use the customers vacuum but do require a waiver be signed by the client so that we are not liable in case is breaks down after repeated use. We offer green cleaning and HEPA compliant vacuums as well.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning visit?

Out of over 600 scheduled cleanings visits per month, we may miss one due to an illness or traffic mishap. In order to maintain or very reliable scheduling, we request that any cancellation require 48 hour notice. We do not penalize the customer if they can't meet this but request it as a common courtesy. We do realize that emergencies do happen however. If you need to miss your scheduled appointment, we request that we stop back on the next scheduled visit at the agreed upon rate. I.E. If we clean every two weeks, then monthly visit price is usually $25-35 higher as it takes longer to maintain if the duration is longer. We can fit you in sooner if/when there is an opening. We are the type of Atlanta Maid Service that can guarantee our appointments.

What types of payment do you accept?

We take cash, check or PayPal. However, pay pal is expensive so we request cash or check be used except in cases of emergency. We are willing to wait for the next visit for payment once we have established a relationship and track record.

How much do you charge?

We provide ballpark estimates over the phone and then come out and do a final estimate face to face. We perform over 1,000 estimates per year so the final quote only takes 5-10 minutes max. We have a price chart that we follow at the office. A one bedroom, one bathroom apartments starts at 60 every other week. A 2,500 square foot home with no pets would ballpark at $115 every two weeks. Conditions very from home to home as does the scope of work. Generally the ballparks estimates are pretty close. We factor in $5-10 for pets as they create more dust and thus more work for the cleaners. The main thing we focus on is establishing a fantastic relationship and working out a long term agreement that is our Atlanta Maid Service is fair for everyone.
