In order to do our part, all of our Kennesaw Maids are required to invest instead of cut back on expenses. By always providing the best equipment, we are able to deliver the best service. As long as there is high value, our customers are finding that we are earning our keep. From a cost perspective, the vast majority of our customers earn more on their day jobs than the time they would spend cleaning their houses instead. Because our training program is so extensive, only 1 out of every 7 employees invited to participate in Amazon Cleaning orientation will make it through our training program and eventually a full time cleaning with our company. We do not advertise this fact because we take pride in the low level of success, we want to make this point public because we want our customers to know that we are only allowing the very most, dedicated professionals into our organization. We look for mature attitude and a high level of aptitude. We have found over the years that attitude may be the single best asset that all of our team members possess.
