We have been in the Marietta Maids industry for over 4 years now. During that time have refined our business model so that our Marietta Maids service can operate as efficiently as possible. We decided to use their extensive database of knowledge and apply it to our Marietta Maids practice. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we found a number of great books that assisted us in start up operations. We also found a few excellent sources on how to adhere to OSHA complaint safety procedures. Lastly, we continue to use a number of green technology resources from the Library of congress to assist in our transition to green technology market. By setting aside valuable time to study and research successful and unsuccessful business models, we have been able to stay on the cutting edge of successful business operations for our Marietta Maids business.
Because our Marietta Maids service has 10 different employees, we continually work as a team. Our team chemistry starts at the top with the two owners. Because we both agree on the same customer service first philosophy, our business continues to prosper. Like a well oiled engine, any type of adversity is quickly fixed. What is more, we apply fixes for the long term, not just the present. By continually to apply lessons that we learn, our Marietta Maids staff continues to stay with us. To date, we have not lost a single employee. The primary reasons for this is we are in tune with our Marietta Maids' morale. Our philosophy has been, take great care of our employees and they will take great care of our customers. After many years in business, this still continues to be the case. So, as the economy continues to struggle, we are still growing.
