Sandy Springs Maid Services
We have been in the Sandy Springs Maid Services industry now for about four years. We are openly candid about what our intentions are. Those intentions are to grow our company steadily at affordable prices. In order to provide long term service, we must have cleaning crews with very high morale. One of the primary ingredients to this dish, is to make certain they are cleaning and not driving all of the time. Because of the need to keep drive time down to a minimum, we focus on scheduling and routing in a very efficient manor. Since rush hour usually begins around 3:30 PM, we have to pay close attention to planning routes for our cleaning crews. Because routing is so critical to the success of our business, the Sandy Springs neighborhood is of primary routing importance to us. We usually try to set up arrangements where we are able to clean between 10-2 during business hours. This type of organized scheduling allows our crews to stay out of rush hour traffic. Because we plan for this, our crew retention is very high. They are grateful that we take steps to keep them cleaning and not driving.
The issue of routing was of even higher importance a few months ago when gas prices were over four dollars per gallon. We continue to spend a lot of time on mapquest to make certain our drive time is minimized. We do this because we do not believe that gas prices will stay as low as they are in the coming years. So, we still run our routing operations the same way we did during the gas crisis. The main reason for this is we do not want to trouble our customer with scheduling problems later on after gas prices go back up. Instead, during the preliminary orientation process, we are putting in long term solutions before routing problems occur. We view this as a type of service because the name of the game is consideration. We want to be respectful now so that we do not step on any toes down the line.
The issue of routing is central to the success of any Sandy Springs Maid Services organization. We train each of our employees on how to use mapquest so that we are always prepared for our assignments. There are many other issues that we address during the customer orientation process. We are hopeful that our existing and potential customers are mindful of our efforts in this arena. Almost everything we do is to allow for the highest level of comfort and convenience possible. Small requests like guaranteed access and non exact arrival times are made to reduce interruptions. We are always open to suggestions and ideas as we continue to hone our efforts.
