Move In/Move Out Cleaning List of Services
Definition: Turnkey is a move in or move out cleaning of a vacant property
- Deep cleaning of all bathroom areas, including hard to reach areas and tile
- Kitchen cleaning including inside of microwave and outside of cabinets
- Clean inside of the oven and refrigerator
- Clean inside of all cabinets and drawers
- All baseboards will be deep cleaned with damp cloth
- All blinds will be deep cleaned with damp cloth.
- All floors will be vacuumed and mopped with appropriate house cleaning agents
- 16 Foot Extention used to clean high to reach areas like ceiling fans and cobwebs
- Any door with glass, the glass and doorway are always cleaned
- Clean vent fronts and switchplates
- Remove cobwebs
- Clean Laundry Room including machine surfaces and floor area
Turn Key - Customer Guideline Requirements
That includes a final walkthrough before you pay before we leave to ensure total satisfaction. If you want to book us we would request 6 key preparation steps for success:
- Guaranteed access either hidden key or combination lock
- An agreed upon date and end time for final inspection
- Cash or Check payment day of service
- That we are the only company on site during the scheduled job time
- The water and electricity are turned on for the cleaning crew
- Please double check that all cabinets and drawers are empty as your crew will not be allowed to clean them if they are full
*Customizable Service: It is traditional to clean inside of cabinets, drawers, oven and refigerator during turn key cleanings. However, this may not always be the case and we can customize to add or remove any of these services.
